Born in the Valley,
Raised on Birria
Birria del Valle started with a simple idea: bring the taste of a slow-cooked family recipe to the streets of Reseda. What began as weekend cooking for friends and family quickly became something the whole neighborhood wanted a piece of.
Our birria is crafted the traditional way — chiles soaked, spices toasted, meat seared, then braised low and slow until it falls apart at the touch. Every batch carries the same patience and care that went into the original pot.
Today, we're proud to be a gathering place for the Valley — where the smell of sizzling quesabirria draws people in, and the flavor keeps them coming back.
